Encino Epoxy Flooring FAQ
How much does epoxy flooring cost in Encino?
In Encino, flake epoxy garage floors cost $6.50–$10 per sq ft. A two-car garage is $2,600–$4,000; many Encino garages are three cars or more, which we price per measured square foot. Home gym floors with grit run $9.50–$11.50 per sq ft.
How much does a 3-car garage epoxy floor cost in Encino?
A 650 sq ft garage in flake runs about $4,225–$6,500. Old coating removal or heavy crack repair is extra.
Can you coat a home gym in Encino?
Yes. We use solid color epoxy with grit, which works under rubber mats and free weights.
Why does a flake epoxy garage floor range from $2,600 to $4,000?
The spread comes from layer count. A 3-layer flake system starts at $6.50 per sq ft, or $2,600 for a two-car garage up to 400 sq ft. A 4-layer build adds a second topcoat, and a 5-layer build adds its own moisture barrier plus a final coat, which takes the price up to $10 per sq ft, or $4,000. The $2,600 floor is a complete system, not a teaser.
What prep work can add to an epoxy floor quote?
Prep is the other half of the price. Grinding off an old coating or paint, removing carpet or tile glue, advanced crack and spall repair, tearing out an existing floor, moisture mitigation on a damp slab, and extra labor for tight access or heavy cleanup all add time and material. We price these after seeing the slab, so a bare, sound slab is quoted at the low end.
