Usually yes. A solid color floor can be done over a closed day and a night, and we can split the space so you keep part of it open.
A urethane or polyaspartic topcoat resists most salon chemicals. Wipe spills promptly and it will not stain.
The spread comes from layer count. A 3-layer flake system starts at $6.50 per sq ft, or $2,600 for a two-car garage up to 400 sq ft. A 4-layer build adds a second topcoat, and a 5-layer build adds its own moisture barrier plus a final coat, which takes the price up to $10 per sq ft, or $4,000. The $2,600 floor is a complete system, not a teaser.
Prep is the other half of the price. Grinding off an old coating or paint, removing carpet or tile glue, advanced crack and spall repair, tearing out an existing floor, moisture mitigation on a damp slab, and extra labor for tight access or heavy cleanup all add time and material. We price these after seeing the slab, so a bare, sound slab is quoted at the low end.
